Welcome to Ocean Retreat - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey - featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special". Fully refurbished to a high standard in Spring 2023 this is a lovely property and something special.

Enter Ocean Retreat through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the right is a king size bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, two ovens (one fan and one combi/microwave), plate warmer, range hob, under counter fridge and under counter freezer, wine fridge, microwave and washing dryer.

Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to The Meadows edge.

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a super-kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Meadows and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms one as a king and one as a twin with single beds - these share a large family bathroom.

There’s a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.
