Winter Deals from £170/£255/£350 – Various dates apply throughout Winter 2024 / 2025 up to 31st March 2025. The prices are not available in school holidays (XMAS and Feb Half Term). The prices of £170, £255 and £350 is / was available in select properties including Meadowside Apartment (1 bed), The Lighthouse (2 bed) and Anchor Cottage (3 bed) for various weekends in 2024 /25 including the stay 11th – 15th November 2024 and 17th-20th January 2025. The Prices quoted excludes a £25 booking fee. No voucher codes are to be used with these dates – see below.
2025 Specials – Special Rates apply and are updated automatically for the following dates: February Half Term 17-21st February and applied to all properties, Easter 18-21st April and applied to all properties. More dates will be added and these will appear here. No voucher codes to be used with these prices – see below.
Fixed Price Deals (general terms) – We operate fixed price deals all year round. These deals cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / discount code and exclude a booking fee and optional extras (e.g. dog fee). These rates are not available to be discounted further using discount codes or any other discount and they already include the 10% discount. Should a voucher code be used we reserve the right to remove this from the special fixed price booking deal (see below).
10% discount in 2024 / 2025 includes breaks of 3 nights or more for stays until January 6th 2025 and includes Christmas and New Year 2023/4 and 2024/5 (Price automatically deducted at checkout).
4 nights for the price of 3 runs all year round and excludes school holidays. Price is automatically applied at checkout and this is in addition to the 10% discount above. Excluded dates are:
- 21st December – 5th January 2025 Xmas
- 15th February – 23rd February 2025 Feb Half Term
- 5th April – 22nd April 2025 Easter
- 23rd May – 1st June 2025 May Half Term
- 19th July – 31st August 2025 Summer
- 25th October – 2nd November 2025 October Half Term
- Friday 19th December 2025 Onwards…. Xmas

Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Service is available as a fixed discount at checkout on holidays of 3 nights or more and is available on ALL properties / times of year. It is not available on any “fixed price special offers” as these have already been discounted. (but is available on all other offers). To obtain the discount code, visit the Blue Light Card or the Defence Discount Service website. We reserve the right to ask for proof of Blue light card / defence discount service eligibility, or to revert you back to their website to initiate the booking to comply with the card issuing services criteria.
* Discount Codes – Terms and Conditions
ABHWAGGYTAIL will deduct one dog fee at checkout – you must declare at least one dog fee in order to receive this discount. Please note that this will only deduct one dog fee – if you have two dogs then you will only pay for one! (but you must put two dog fees in your basket – one for each dog). This voucher can be used with other fixed price offers and is only valid on bookings with at least one dog. If a dog isn’t included on the booking and the voucher is used, ABH reserve the right to remove the discount code. Should the value of the voucher code not be paid, the holiday will not go ahead and refunds of any monies already paid may not be refunded.
EVPOWERUP – will deduct one night of charging from any property that has an EV charger. To access this you will need to add EV charging for the duration of your stay to the booking otherwise this will be removed.
ABHGROUP – This can only be used when booking more than one property. It is not valid on collections (e.g. Bay Shores where a discount is already applied to the collection).
All Other Codes / General Notes
- All discount codes (not including the dog one) are not valid on fixed price special offer / 4 nights for the price of 3 and already discounted holidays. This is due to the holiday already being significantly discounted. They can be used on top of normal discounted breaks (e.g. 10% off ) and may be needed to access some of the pricing quoted.
- If the discount code is applied to fixed price deals (e.g. 4 nights for £150), ABH (we) reserve the right to remove the voucher and invoice the holidaymaker for the value of the voucher. Should the voucher code not be paid, the holiday will not go ahead and refunds of any monies already paid may not be refunded.
- Repeat discount code for previous customers will be given at the end of the holiday – which allows guests to receive a fixed booking any future booking of 3 nights or more.
