Bay View House is one of Yorkshire’s premier coastal retreats. The 4-bed house was built circa 1776 and has been sympathetically restored to an extremely high standard making this a stunning holiday home for family and friends. With sea views from all principal rooms, large private gardens, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue and hot tub. If it’s quality and location you’re after, you’ve found it!

The Bay, Filey

We’re always transparent with our guests, if it’s not just dogs but also very dog-friendly environments you’d prefer to avoid, then The Bay, Filey may not be the right setting for you. It’s a wonderfully welcoming resort, with lots of free amenities (like a heated in-door pool, gym, steam room etc.) and even the on-site pub is dog friendly, perfect for pet owners, but perhaps less suited to those seeking a completely pet-free atmosphere.

However, don’t let that put you off the area entirely, as we have plenty of pet-free cottages along the Yorkshire coast.
