Skylight Velux windows and soaring glass patio doors flood the room with natural sunlight. The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium, up-to-date appliances—including a modern ice-making fridge—and features a stunning central island that naturally brings everyone together. The adjacent dining area boasts a grand table that comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable group dinners, lively breakfasts, or celebratory drinks. A stylishly appointed downstairs WC adds extra convenience to the main floor.

• First Floor: Features two grand master bedrooms with king-sized beds—including a sensational front bedroom boasting sweeping, unobstructed views of Peasholm Park—alongside a charming single bedroom. Serving this floor is a lavish family bathroom finished to a spa-like standard, showcasing a majestic freestanding roll-top bath, a separate walk-in shower, a large vanity sink, and WC.

• Second Floor: Tucked away on the top floor are two additional unique bedrooms: a cozy single room smart-designed into the eaves, and a remarkably spacious twin room with a delightful window seat that offers a charming nook for reading. This floor is served by its own private second bathroom, complete with a walk-in corner shower, sink, and WC.

Outdoor Living & Exclusive Hot Tub Experience

Step through the kitchen's patio doors to discover your own secluded outdoor haven. The private, paved rear patio is fully furnished with outdoor lounge seating and a dedicated BBQ setup (bricks provided for disposable BBQs)—an idyllic setting for warmer evenings, alfresco dining, and soaking up the coastal air.

• Booking Guidelines: Available for stays of 3 nights or more (typically with Friday or Monday arrivals). For stays of 7 nights or longer, please select two hot tub bookings to cover our double water-change and maintenance service. (Seasonal variations may apply over holidays such as Christmas).
