Pool not big enough for you – then check out Filey Beach – 5 miles of golden sand and you can see why it really is winning award after award year after year. Remember all our properties include direct beach access!

It is advised to always be supervised and check tide times. If you wish to swim we advise going into Filey town and swimming between the flags in the RNLI lifeguarded area.

Other Beaches – There are numerous other beaches such as Flambiorough, Scarborough and Cayton – check locally for tide times!

Surfs Up

Scarborough can be home to morning surfers most days – especially in North Bay – Enjoy a wide open beach and the company of others is recommended. Always check the tide times and ensure adequate supervision.

Lakeside Walks

You can walk from your cottage, apartment or lodge to the Lake and if you are lucky you could actually be staying on the lake at Low Lake Lodge.
