Fixed Price Deals

We operate fixed price deals all year round (e.g. Friday – Monday for a fixed price). These deals cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / discount code and optional extras (e.g. dog fee). These rates are not available to be discounted further using discount codes or any other discount. Should a voucher code be used we reserve the right to remove this from the special fixed price booking deal (see below) and you will be liable for the full holiday price.

GAP Deals

At various times of the year we operate “GAP” deals (same terms as Fixed Price Deals). These deals cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / discount code and exclude a booking fee and optional extras (e.g. dog fee). These rates are not available to be discounted further using discount codes or any other discount. Should a voucher code be used we reserve the right to remove this from the GAP deal and you will be liable for the full holiday price.

One Dog Goes Free

To access this offer simply put your first dog as “free”. For any additional dogs simply select the chargeable extra of a dog fee of £25. Please note if bring more than one dog for free without selecting the paid dog option then you will be charged the dog fee from your damage bond.

4 Nights for 3

4 nights for the price of 3 applies all year round and excludes school holidays (England and Scotland).

Price is automatically applied at checkout. Should the discount not show then the offer has been withdrawn which we can at any time.

Please note that discount codes cannot be used with the 4 nights for the price of 3 offer. Should a voucher code be used we reserve the right to remove this from the 4 for 3 deal and you will be liable for the full holiday price.

Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Service

Discount is available as either a fixed discount or percentage off a booking at checkout on holidays of 3 nights or more and is available on ALL properties / times of year. It is not available on any “fixed price special offers” or “4 nights for 3 deals” as these have already been discounted. To obtain the discount code, visit the Blue Light Card or the Defence Discount Service website. We reserve the right to ask for proof of Blue light card / defence discount service eligibility, or to revert you back to their website to initiate the booking to comply with the card issuing services criteria.

Black Friday / Book Ahead Offers

Holidays of 3 nights or more booked to arrive on or after April 1st 2026 and depart before October 31st 2026 will automatically receive 5% off the booking price.

Subscriber Discount Codes

Subscribers to our newsletter will get discount codes and other offers. To receive these you must subscribe to the newsletter and codes will be sent via email.

Welcome discount code – When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a discount code. The terms of this may vary depending on the booking date but in general the terms for the welcome code are:

A welcome voucher code will be sent when you subscribe to the newsletter. It is valid on all properties for all future dated holidays of 3 nights or more with the holiday taking place between 1st April and 31st October 2026. You will only be able to use the one discount code and this cant be used with other discount codes. The voucher code must be added whilst booking and cannot be added retrospectively on existing bookings or if the code is forgotten / not used at the point of booking. The discount applied will be a percentage off a future booking and the amount of discount applied can vary at any time. Please note the voucher code is not accepted with other discount codes or if the holiday is already discounted – e.g. on the “4 nights for 3” deal or subject to a site-wide discount (e.g. early bird 5% off) but is valid on all other stays of 3 nights or more which are not discounted between the dates specified above. Subscribers who subscribed prior to the welcome discount code being issued will be issued with discount codes as a subscriber to the newsletter.

We will send discount code(s) to subscribers. An example is a loyalty discount code for subscribers which is sent on all newsletters. The terms of this code are:

Discount Codes Terms and Conditions

EVPOWERUP – will deduct one night of charging (the equivalent price) from any property that has an EV charger. To access this you will need to add EV charging for the duration of your stay to the booking otherwise this will be removed.

ABHGROUP – This can only be used when booking more than one property. It will apply a discount to each property on each booking. E.g. to book 2 properties this must be made using two bookings and the code must be put onto each booking. It is not valid on collections (e.g. Bay Shores where a discount is already applied to the collection).

ABHEARLY – Save by booking before February 28th 2026 on all future stays of 3 nights or more for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st 2026. The terms of this discount code are:

the voucher code ABHEARLY will automatically apply a discount at checkout. It is valid on all properties for all future dated holidays of 3 nights or more with the holiday taking place between 1st April and 31st October 2026. The booking must be made before February 28th 2026 and the code can be ended at any time without notice. You will only be able to use the one discount code and this cant be used with other discount codes. The voucher code must be added whilst booking and cannot be added retrospectively on existing bookings or if the code is forgotten / not used at the point of booking. The discount applied will be a percentage off a future booking and the amount of discount applied can vary at any time. Please note the voucher code is not accepted with other discount codes or if the holiday is already discounted – e.g. on the “4 nights for 3” deal or subject to a site-wide discount (e.g. early bird 5% off) but is valid on all other stays of 3 nights or more which are not discounted between the dates specified above.

ABHXMAS – Save 10% by booking before February 28th 2026 on XMAS and NYE holidays taking place between December 21st 2026 and January 4th 2027. The terms of this discount code are:

the voucher code ABHXMAS will automatically apply a discount at checkout. It is valid on all properties for all future dated holidays of 2 nights or more with the holiday taking place between December 21st 2026 and January 4th 2027. The booking must be made before February 28th 2026 and the code can be ended at any time without notice. You will only be able to use the one discount code and this cant be used with other discount codes. The voucher code must be added whilst booking and cannot be added retrospectively on existing bookings or if the code is forgotten / not used at the point of booking. The discount applied will be a percentage off a future booking and the amount of discount applied can vary at any time. Please note the voucher code is not accepted with other discount codes or if the holiday is already discounted – e.g. on the “4 nights for 3” deal or subject to a site-wide discount (e.g. early bird 5% off) but is valid on all other stays of 2 nights or more which are not discounted between the dates specified above.

All Other Codes / General Notes

Repeat discount code for previous customers will be given at the end of the holiday – this allows guests to receive either a fixed discount or percentage discount on any future booking of 3 nights or more.
All discount codes are not valid on fixed price special offer / 4 nights for the price of 3 / GAP deals and already discounted holidays (e.g. last minute reductions). This is due to the holiday already being significantly discounted.
If the discount code is applied to fixed price deals (e.g. 4 nights for £200 or a GAP deal) or a 4 nights for 3 deal, ABH (we) reserve the right to remove the voucher and invoice the holidaymaker for the value of the voucher or the full holiday price.
- We also have the right to charge the payment card used the difference in order for the holiday to go ahead.
Should the voucher code not be paid, the holiday will not go ahead and refunds of any monies already paid may not be refunded.
All voucher codes must be added whilst booking and cannot be added retrospectively on existing bookings or if the code is forgotten / not used at the point of booking
