All of our cottages on the Bay sleep between 4 and 12 guests in 2, 3 or 4  bedrooms – ideal for families or group bookings. All feature an outside deck or patio and access to the Leisure Facilities (see below).

Our Bay Filey cottages all feature:

  • Plenty of seating for the whole group (outside and inside), a large TV (Smart in most houses) as well as a dining table and kitchen large enough to all enjoy a family meal 
  • A ground floor WC with at least one bathroom
  • Parking for multiple cars in the drive or nearby and access to communal EV chargers
  • Large Patio (and some have a balcony) with furniture for the whole party
  • Wifi Throughout
