Description

Welcome to The Filey House (the affectionate family name for the house of the owners) - a lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with luxury corner sofa, SMART TV, dining room (sits 5) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 "kids room" with 3 single beds as twin and one bunk over. There is also a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio and BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

The owners (John, Pam and Family) look forward to you staying in their cottage.
