Description
Sunset Lodge is situated in a corner of the prestigious gated Meadows Development (part of The Bay Filey) and is really close to the centre of the village, the beach path, tennis court, playground, leisure centre, swimming pool and village centre. Benefiting from a spacious terrace it is ideal for enjoying sunsets over the meadows and by being an end lodge you have a large space to the side and your own parking space!
Enter Sunset Lodge through the step free door into the hallway with storage for coats and other essentials. To your left are the master bedroom with king size bed, lovely storage area, dresser and access to the ensuite shower (wet) room. The second bedroom has two single beds (these can be pushed together (by guests) to make a king should you wish this (two single duvets etc provided)). There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors into the hallway and twin bedroom.
To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely comfy seating for 4, SMART TV, armchair and stunning feature log burner. Exit off the lounge through the large sliding doors to the deck with seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside. There are also parking spaces alongside for you to use.
We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner (bring your own logs) makes this lodge warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.
