Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!
Decorated throughout in late 2023 to a high standard with other refurbishments this is ideal for family breaks!
Off the hallway is a family bathroom with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed and lots of storage.
In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine (see below) and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.
The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table.
The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with comfy leather sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use for children or a third / fourth guest. In addition is a lovely chair for the 3rd guests.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Review - 5/5 - "Casa Crusoe is just what we needed for a lovely relaxed weekend away!
Really enjoyed our last minute long weekend at Casa Crusoe - Filey.
The Bay development is a really lovely, village-like complex. Nice and quiet but with friendly folks and families, and very dog friendly (although we don't have one anymore) I would class some of the properties we saw out and about, as spectacular.
The Casa Crusoe apartment was snug and spotless, and just 5 minutes walk from the amenities and 10 mins to the beach. All the appliances were in excellent easy working order. The TV had an excellent choice of channels and apps, and the
wi-fi was super powerful.
My wife and daughter made good use of the free pool, sauna, and gym facilities in the village, and we ate out at the on-site pub - John Paul Jones, two of our 3 nights. The food there was reasonably priced and was absolutely delicious. Each of us cleared our plates at each meal.
We love the Yorkshire Coast and will definitely be back to The Bay! Thank you Anthony for your attentive hosting for our short break.
