Welcome to Simply The Bay - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.
Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!
Decorated throughout in 2025 to a high standard and featuring NEW bathroom, NEW KITCHEN, new furniture, carpets and bed this is a lovely apartment for a short or long break.
Please note the photos are of the apartment prior to refurbishment. These will be updated when works are complete.
Off the hallway is a refreshed family bathroom with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed, new carpets and smart tv and lots of storage.
In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, air-fryer and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.
The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table.
The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with large comfy sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use by a third & fourth guest.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
