Cosy Coastal Cottage - ideal for couples or a growing family with children
Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.
Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa, Large SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. and new fridge freezer
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.
Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Rating - 5* Review - This was our 3rd stay at the bay, with our dog Alex. The house was situated in a quiet corner and we found it the best we have stayed in. It was comfortable, sparkling clean and with modern quality fittings. The wine and crisps left for us was a nice touch and appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and we will definite re-book when we return to Filey.
Another Favourite - Puddleduck Cottage was a little gem. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. It was in a great location at The Bay. I would book this cottage again.
