Description
This cottage has been partially refurbished in late 2022 with new Bathroom in February 2024.
Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.
Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa (and bed), SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer and large Fridge Freezer.
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king and 1 twin bedroom with a NEW family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.
Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio with brick BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5* Review - Had a great stay at Nantucket cottage. It was warm and cosy as it was quite cold for September. The cottage is in a quiet location and is very comfortable with 2 sofas in the lounge area. The mattress on the bed is very comfy as my husband usually struggles with this and the bed is king size. The refurbished bathroom is delightful! The new shower powerful and lovely and warm and we had lovely big bath sheets which were hotel standard! The outdoor furniture is even more comfortable than it looked in the photos on the one evening we managed to sit out and use the bbq area. Lots of little things had been thought about such as the dog stops! Only thing I could say is a few more hooks on the back of doors would be useful but this is trivial. Overall had a great stay and this is one of the best that we have ever stayed in at The Bay and we have stayed numerous times before! Thankyou , we look forward to booking again.
