Description

Grange Farm is a prestigious development of family-owned holiday cottages in Sewerby, on the beautiful Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast. Sewerby is Bridlington’s premier coastal village and is located between the bustling seaside town of Bridlington, the quiet fishing village of Flamborough and Bempton Village. The cottages each have a private patio and are grouped around a sheltered and sunny Mediterranean-style courtyard. It is surrounded by bright flowering tubs, Italian Cypress trees and a 200-year-Old Olive Tree at its centre; providing the ideal place to sit and relax.

Enter into the downstairs porch which leads onto the lounge to your left, family bathroom to your right, the kitchen straight ahead. This is also where the stairs lead up to the first floor from.

Step into the lounge diner where there are two plush leather sofas to sit and relax. There’s a smart TV with Netflix so you could watch some TV or maybe just sit and chat about your day. What adventures will tomorrow bring? The soft furnishings add bright pops of colour in here, where the dual aspect windows let the light flood in. There’s also a large dining table, so you can all sit and eat together – or maybe have a game of cards. Either way you’ll make lasting memories of your time together.

The family bathroom has a shower over bath, sink, WC and heated towel rail.

In the large kitchen there’s everything you’ll need for your self-catering holiday. There’s an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. You’ll have plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils too.

Upstairs there’s a double bedroom and a family bedroom with a double and two single beds. There’s also a shower room with a WC and washbasin. Bedding, towels and toiletries are all provided.

Outside there is a stunning NEW outdoor pergola and seating area - ideal for evenings!
