Description
Enter into the property and use the large storage space for all your coats and shoes, Walk through the large dining room with extended dining table seating 8. Off the dining room is a WC and ground floor bedroom - ideal for multi generational family holidays.
The other door leads to a large kitchen and lounge area with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer and spacious lounge / seating area.
The large kitchen / lounge to the rear of the property has two large sets of French doors leading to a patio on 2 aspects with BBQ area. The lounge area has a lovely corner leather sofa and SMART TV. There is access to the Boules Court through the French door to the patio which can seat 8 and a fabulous brick built BBQ.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with rainfall shower. There is a further double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead rainfall shower. Central heating throughout.
Parking is available in the resort car park, a mere 2-minute walk from the property.
East Bay Cottage is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5* Review - Had a lovely time, the outside space was great for the kids and amenities on site are handy. Went to the pool a couple of times and had a good walk to the beach. From the house to beach is about a 15-20 minute walk but that was with a puppy and 3 kids. The food in the pub is really good quality and had a nice cheeky cocktail or 2. Nice location to visit other nearby areas.
