Welcome to Baybreak - A stunning detached cottage near the entrance to the village on the popular Seaford Avenue.

Refurbished throughout in late 2024 / 2025 - featuring new fitted kitchen, en-suite, redecorated throughout, new sofas and new carpets this is a lovely holiday home.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen (new) diner / lounge with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 with French doors to the patio

The lounge area is stunning with 2 large comfortable sofas and a log burner (bring your own logs) and wall mounted SMART TV. Across the hall there is a WC.

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with the master having a shower room ensuite (refurbished December 24) and a further double and twin room (the twin room has bunks to allow sleeping 7). There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Baybreak is a beautifully decorated large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
