Featuring a separate lounge area, this is a beautiful property for a large family.
The new owners are delighted to rent this out from May 2025 following them upgrading and enhancing the property as you can see from the photographs.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen / diner with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer, plus extra touches like a Tassimo coffee machine.
There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 (plus highchair).
Across the hall there is a comfortable lounge with large comfy sofas and occasional chair (seats 7 total), large smart / SKY TV, with French doors to the patio with cube seating for 7.
Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.
Upstairs there’s a large galleried landing, with 3 bedrooms (one kingsize, one double and one thriple (1 double with single bunk over) and a luxury bathroom off. The master king room has en-suite shower room and Sky TV. The double bedroom has Sky TV and the thriple has a smart TV, and plenty of storage options for clothing and personal items. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Outside there is a lovely lawned area to the rear and shared access to the Bay grounds.
Paddy's Corner is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.
