Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king-size bedroom with Juliette Balcony and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,
Off the lounge area are bifold doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

A lovely stay at The Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in A Wave From It All. The house was ideal for our holiday and a great location for exploring the area and close walk down to the fabulous Filey beach. The house was well equipped for families, particularly for our baby with a high chair, travel cot, stair gates and bed rails. We would recommend staying and hope to return.

Wonderful base for a summer break

We had stayed at The Bay before so we knew how lovely the full complex was, but we think A Wave From It All was the best of the three properties we have stayed in so far. The house is really well equipped inside and out, spotlessly clean and the welcome pack and information told us everything we needed to know for our stay. It immediately felt like home from the minute we walked in. The twin room, which our children occupied, was a beautiful space for our two (12 and 8) but I'm sure would also really appeal to younger children.The only negative was when it was time to leave - we wanted to stay at least a few more days!We would highly recommend to families travelling to this beautiful coast with or without children, and we will certainly return in the future.

Adequate and clean

Good sized accommodation, linen and towels pristine, inside property looking a bit tired, could do with a good deep clean and lick of paint but didnt affect our stay

We had a fantastic stay at A Wave From It All, myself, wife and dog Willow. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for a brilliant time. The amenities on the site are also excellent. Willow and I loved walking and playing on the nearby beach. I would highly recommend this house and we will return. Thank you A Wave From It All.
