Welcome to High Tide Cottage - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

This immaculate cottage is ideal for a family holiday with lots of space for a growing family.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa, SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio with BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds and direct access to one of the many Boules courts at The Bay.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Rating - 5* Review - High Tide was just amazing! The house is spotless and in a perfect place if you have kids as it has a fab space for them to play at the back. It was safe and my two made friends with lots of other children. It had everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and we will defo it's be back.
