For 2026 we are offering the chance to win a break in Sunrise View – an amazing 4 bedroom cottage with a full-width balcony hosting stunning views of the sea. You and your family of up to 10 people can have your dream holiday on us – just look at the picture and imagine yourself on that balcony!
Holiday Dates
2026 (Sunrise View) – Available Friday 6th March – Monday 9th March 2026.
Sunrise view features:
- 4 Bedrooms sleeping 10 people
- Full-width balcony with sea views and a log burner
- Access to The Bay Filey leisure facilities – free use of pool, gym, sauna and steam
- All cleaning, linen, laundry and energy use (not including EV charging)

We are delighted to announce that newly wed Nicole, Jack and family will be enjoying a break at Anchor at The Bay in March 2025. – we cannot wait to welcome them and wish them a lovely holiday!

Win a Holiday – Competition Terms and Conditions
- There is no purchase necessary
- 2026 Win a Holiday Competition – The contest ends at 8pm on Friday 6th February 2026
- By subscribing to our newsletter, you are giving permission to ABHL to email, whatsapp or text you with offers relating to its holiday cottages (you will be able to opt out of these at any time)
- The winner will be decided at random from all users who subscribed to our mailing list (and have remained on the mailing list as of 7th February 2025 (and 6th February 2026), from our previous guest list (who subscribed to marketing communications).
- All entrants to previous competitions will be entered into all future competitions including 2026 Sunrise View providing you do not unsubscribe from our mailing list
- The winner will be chosen using google random generator and the winners name published on the Facebook page and our website
- Anchor Bay Holidays Limited is running the competition
- The prize is for a weekend away for up to 10 guests at “Sunrise View” in 2026
- Linen, Energy, and cleaning is included
- The winner must provide their name, address, and email address after they “win” and please note a refundable damage deposit of £250 will be required in order for the free holiday to go ahead. Should the £250 not be paid then the holiday prize will not take place.
- Only the winner’s name will be displayed on any media
- Travel to / from the property is not included
- If the dates are not available due to weather or other reasons outside the promotors control, then every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives
