How do I choose?

There is such a wide choice of property types and sizes to choose from at The Bay, we have grouped these together so you can easily find what you are looking for.

What size should I consider ?

You want to be comfortable on your holiday and we advise you to choose the largest property you budget allows. Some offer great value due to accommodating larger number of guests by using a sofa bed.

Pets or no Pets?

When you have chosen a property you like look for the “paw” if dog friendly. If you would prefer visit our pet friendly or pet free pages.

Luxury or Comfort?

All of our properties feature everything on the list below, but Luxury feature one or more of the following:

Detached Property
Private Parking and / or EV charger
Beautifully Decorated and Furnished
Seaview / Lake View /Balcony / BBQ / Deck

Arrival / Check In & Out Details

Any day check in – you can check in to most properties any day of the week.
Minimum Stay – 2 night minimum stays are available across all properties.
Long Short Break? Stay longer and save money – 2, 3 or 4 nights? – Most of the year you can choose a 2 night stay but you can have a late check out or stay another day / night for not much more – i.e. stay longer and save money!
Christmas – all properties are any day check in with 3 day minimum break!

Whichever property you choose, all holidays include:

Direct beach access
High speed wifi (typically 70Mbs)
Cleaning, towels & bedding for all guests (except travel cot bedding)
Unlimited access to The Bay leisure facilities including 20m pool / sauna / steam room & gym
Travel Cot, High Chair, Iron, Ironing Board and Hairdryer to all properties
Excellent communication and online booking management access

Cottages (1-10 guests plus infant)

Traditional seaside cottages with modern features – all with fitted kitchens, bathrooms and some with sea view, downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms you are spoiled for choice!

4 bed cottages (1-10 guests)

3 bed cottages (1-8 guests)

2 bed cottages (1-5 guests)

Beach Houses and Lodges (1-5 guests plus infant)

Detached modern and cozy, these beach houses have 2 bathrooms, patio or deck, parking and some have lakeside locations!

2 bed Beach houses (1-4 guests)

2 bed lodges (1-4 guests)

Apartments
