Visiting The Bay Filey

The Bay Filey is the perfect place to relax, explore, and make lasting memories. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay – from what’s on-site (including a free to use indoor heated swimming pool and gym), the direct beach access and nearby to the range of high-quality holiday homes available, all designed with comfort and convenience in mind.

Please note The Bay Filey Leisure Centre is closed between 15th and 19th June 2026. A suitable alternative swim can be provided subject to T&Cs and submission of receipts to ABH after your stay.

You can now book late check out, early check-in in and other”extras” for your stay at The Bay including hand tied flowers and game night packs – ideal for treating yourself or someone special!

A short walk away from the property (in the village) are the following:

  • EV chargers – There are communal car chargers available across the village – these are operated by the resort management team and the owner cannot guarantee their provision, availability or operation. Should you wish to use a EV charger you will need to bring your credit / debit card and use of the EV chargers is at your own risk.
  • Choice of 4 walks to The Bay Beach (5 mile long) with 3 walks being direct beach access and traffic free including the King Charles III England Coastal Path!
  • Filey Town

Pool and gym opening hours can vary by season and some days pool closes at 1900 or 1600 – times will be given upon booking in our digital guidebook
At busy periods The Bay may operate a pre booking system for swimming – details of which are included in your digital guidebook.
