Sunset Retreat has been kept as a treasured holiday home of Steven and Pam and you can be one of their first guests!
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the left is a large kitchen diner / lounge with 2 fridge freezers, granite worktops and all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break including dishwasher and washer dryer.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6.. The lounge area has 2 large comfortable sofas and an armchair along with a SMART TV. The french doors lead to a stunning patio with large luxury patio set.
Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large double bedroom with windows to the front and rear.
Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom master with king size bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite and a twin bedroom. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Sunset Retreat is a large pet free house and is ideal for a large family!

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5* Review - Lovely spacious house with plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults 1 infant and a dog had a slight problem with the travel cot on contacting Anthony this was immediately resolved with a brand new one excellent communication and customer care Everyone commented on how well they slept in comfortable beds the lounge provided enough seating for all to enjoy evening movies The bay is a lovely holiday village very clean with a lovely well staffed friendly indoor pool with a sauna and steam room our granddaughter just over 5 months enjoyed her first experience of a swimming pool which she loved This is a lovely wholesome place for a lovely family break whatever your age
Another Favourite - From booking to departure (and beyond) communication was excellent. Beautiful accommodation and location, great for families and pets. We loved every moment of this luxurious stay. Nearby Scarborough and further afield to Whitby, this base was great. Even the weather was kind! The beach is gorgeous and a brisk 10 minute walk to get there, Uphill return may take longer! We will define booking again.
