Description
Featuring 2 large patios to the front and rear, benefitting from all day sunshine and access to a boules court and green space, this is the perfect holiday home for large families all year round.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors leading to a patio, and 2 large comfortable leather sofas with TV in the lounge area. Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large double bedroom with windows to the front and rear.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find a twin bedroom and a master with king sized bed, walk-through wardrobe / dressing area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Seasalt Cottage is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

We loved our stay at Seasalt the place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A slightly bigger fridge would have been a bonus but we made use of the wonderful onsite pub which we would highly recommend. The holiday village was bigger than expected with plenty of walks, location was great overall and we would certainly come back
We booked Seasalt Cottage as it was a good size for a mixture of ages that were coming away with us, we took my elderly Mum & Dad, Daughter & Baby Grandson, very impressed with the lovely house & it had everything we needed & was lovely & clean, comfy beds & also had a travel cot, we managed the walk down to the beach with the old folks too & they really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend this comfy cosy cottage & will certainly return!
Sea salt cottage is a home from home, it has everything you need. The location is perfect for the beach, as well as larger seaside towns.
The facilities on site were also great for children.
Seasalt cottage was amazing, from the minute we walked in we felt like we were at home. Everything was there, it was clean and comfortable, we had a great long weekend, it was very busy and it was always nice to get back to the cottage in the evening to relax.
