Description
A beautiful, light and airy open-plan premium cottage located in a quiet part of The Bay. Enjoy a spacious south facing balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The property is within walking distance of the meadows, beach, and The Bay facilities.
Enter Oyster Cottage through the hallway with cloakroom leading into the open-plan kitchen / dining area. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your alfresco meals! Relax in the large lounge space with SMART TV and wood-burning stove and relax on the lovely sofas (seat 5).
Exit the fully equipped kitchen and lounge through the large bi-fold doors to a large private furnished patio, ideal for outside relaxing with seating for 4. Please note there is an outside tap - ideal for cleaning muddy paws!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with En-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and vaulted ceiling (with floor to ceiling windows) and the second bedroom with full-size bunks, full-size single bed and TV. Both bedrooms have large bi-fold doors leading onto the south facing full length balcony with seating to enjoy breakfast or to reflect on the days activities with a glass of wine.
The log burner makes Oyster Cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5* Review - As a party of three we cannot think of anything negative to say about Oyster Cottage, it had everything we wanted, well equipped kitchen, homely and comfortable living area, doors leading to a lovely patio area with table and seating. The balconys accessed from the bedrooms were a treat to sit in the evening and morning and watch the waterfowl coming into land in the nearby lake. Oyster Cottage is in a quiet and peaceful corner of The Bay, yet less than 5 minutes walk to the Pub and shop etc, and with plenty of parking. The furnishings and decor was modern and tasteful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. Dave, Raj and Jane
