Description
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large refurbished kitchen.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture and a gas BBQ for you to use. Across the hall there is a WC.
The owners provide low level fencing for your furry friends not to escape the patio. This must be put away at the end of your stay (if you use it)

Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5/5 Review - We have been to Filey many times before but this was our first time staying on ‘The Bay’. The house was lovely, even nicer than the pictures online. It was all spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. It is an excellent location for the facilities and the walk down to the beach. We didn’t use the outside area at the house with it being January but I can see it would be great in warmer months. Next time we visit Filey we won’t hesitate to book to stay at Monty’s Maison and we will bring our dog next time too.
Another Favourite - Beautiful house great location, home from home , Alexa, TV , easy to make meals plenty utensils, beautiful Denby crockery high class furniture, bedroom lovely beds so comfy, recommend will stay again.
