Description
Kibbletree Cottage is a ground floor bungalow-style cottage that sleeps up to three people. So it’s perfect for a family holiday or time away with a couple of friends.
There’s an open plan lounge, kitchen diner. The lounge area has a colourful and comfy two-seater sofa and armchair. So you can all curl up and get cosy to watch a movie or the latest docuseries on the 42-inch smart TV (it has Netflix and Free Sat).
With space for all three of you to sit and eat together, so you can plan your day’s adventures over your morning cuppa. Or maybe you’ll sit around the table and enjoy a board game or play cards in the evenings. If you’re a remote worker and need to complete a few tasks whilst you’re here, the dining area makes a good work station too. There’s good WiFi throughout so you’ll be able to stay connected with the outside world during your holiday at Kibbletree Cottage.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make snacks and meals throughout your stay. There’s a hob and oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. Plus there’s a washing machine.
Kibbletree Cottage has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The beds will be made up with quality bedding, all ready for you to sink into and enjoy some peaceful sleep. Towels and toiletries are also provided and there’s one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed for our stay Comfortable and cosy Great shower
The location was rural but accessible as well as being lovely & quiet - bliss! It's also within walking distance of local pubs, the cliff path and isn't far from Bridlington, Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough with bus stops nearby too. The accommodation was convenient, comfortable and clean with easy parking. We particularly loved the efficient shower! Thanks also to the owners, who came out after 9pm on our arrival day to change the batteries in our thermostat, so we could pop the heating on for an hour or so.
