Description
Enter Echo Beach through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.
Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, 2 ovens, 1 hob, microwave, 2 air fryers and even a washing machine - everything you need for a self catering break.
Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room / seating for 10 people (with two additional fold up chairs) which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner and wide sliding doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field / playground - ideal for kids to play.
The lounge area has 2 occasional chairs and 2 4 seater sofas plus a 3 seater sofa (bed) meaning 13 people can be seated for movie nights :)
Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a king-size bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The play area and North Yorks Moors. There are 2 further bedrooms - one with 4 single beds (2 as bunks but full size) and the other featuring 2 single beds which can be pushed together by guests to make a double bed. The two bedrooms share a large family bathroom.
There’s a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.
Echo Beach is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We send comprehensive arrival information after you book and 3 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior to arrival (by email and SMS). These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5/5* - Review - Another amazing stay with Anthony, we just love Filey and the house and location are stunning! We visited for my 40th birthday celebrations, there were nine of us in total and the house was a brilliant size for us all! We will definitely be back.

We travelled from Scotland for a 5 day stay for a family of 4 adults and 5 grandchildren (all under age of 14).
Grounds are well maintained and a pleasure to walk around.
We stayed in Echo beach a great size property overlooking a park which was excellent for children ti be safe under eyes of adults from garden. House is spacious and well appointed with all your needs. A top 1 priority for us cleanliness and we were happy the property was clean. We had a little welcome pack with few tea bags, sponge for dishes, dishwasher tablet, coffee with salt etc. My daughters arranged a delivery of food shopping an hour after check in. Good showers and good quality towels. From previous reviews owners have taken onboard and delivered for example: dust pan and brush, bins for toiletries in bathrooms. It’s good when guests recommendations are addressed (within reason)! We had washing detergent and had our clothes dried on two driers outside in lovely weather. Very handy. All slept comfortably. Two air fryers (make sure you close the drawer properly to start). I thought initially it wasn’t working, it is. Weather was so nice we went lovely walk to beach Echo Beach is ideally located for access to beach, pool, bar, shop and leisure facilities. My daughter used EV charger just a ten minute walk. We visited North Scarborough Water Park a real treat and booked laser gun target in Primrose Valley (2 minutes by car). Filey town we had fish teas and walk along promenade but at 7pm all was closed.
We would definitely return to Echo beach house. Owners look after their guests for a great staycation
