Enter Britannia House through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.
Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.
Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area.
The lounge area features log burner, Large SMART TV, multiple large comfortable NEW sofas (one a sofa bed) and bifold doors onto the large patio with new seating and double BBQ with amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play. Please note the lounge area is air conditioned (subject to additional charges)
Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite (air conditioned) with a kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds - these share a large family bathroom.
There’s a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.
Britannia House is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs!

We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5* Review - When booking the accommodation I failed to notice that all bedrooms had double beds. Two of the family are cousins of opposite sex aged 15 & 16. So I realised we had a problem with sleeping arrangements. I informed Anthony about this and within a very short time he arrived with a good quality self inflating air bag, beading and pillow which solved the problem caused by my error. Thanks again Anthony . I would highly recommend this large family accommodation. PS The air conditioning was a great bonus well worth having.
