Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, Large SMART TV, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with new seating and double BBQ with amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play. Please note the lounge area is air conditioned (subject to additional charges)

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite (air conditioned) with a kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 full double beds - these share a large family bathroom.
