Welcome to Baywatch - Beautiful, light and airy coastal cottage in a quiet part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays - with stunning balcony and views of Filey Bay and onto The Brigg.
Baywatch has been a private holiday home and is now ready to welcome its first guests in August 2023!
Enter into a luxurious spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen / lounge diner with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer with bifold doors offering access to the patio and view!
There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended oak dining table seating 6 with bifold doors to the patio,
Across the diner, there is a comfortable lounge with luxury sofas, seating and large SKY TV (with sports included - subject to availability and provided free of charge not as part of a rental). There is a lovely log burner available in the lounge area and this is available to use November to March - this is not available in April to October due to the excessive heat generated and the bi-fold doors. (guests wanting to use this must supply own logs)
Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.
Upstairs there’s a large galleried landing, with 2 stunning bedrooms sharing a balcony (with seaview) each with their own en-suite shower room and bifold doors - an amazing view to wake to. There is also a large twin room with its own en-suite shower room.

-Unlimited wifi throughout
-Two kingsize bedrooms with bifold doors to balcony
-Twin room with own en-suite.
-Dining room off the kitchen, with large table

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
The owners (Jeremy and Debbie) look forward to welcoming you to their lovely cottage.

Rating - 5/5 Review - Wow! What an amazing property! The owners have immaculate taste in decor and have thought of everything that a guest could need whilst staying here. Downstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen diner, plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and eat . The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plenty of mugs, glasses, pots and pans etc . Was especially grateful for the washing machine and dryer! The heating is easy to control. The property has a georgeous staircase leading to beautiful big bedrooms each with its own ensuite! What a difference this made to our stay not having to share a bathroom in the morning! The beds are large and very comfortable, plenty of storage too! The balcony from the 2 largest bedrooms is amazing and the view is just stunning! So relaxing The brick built BBQ is excellent too! Also Loved that we could sign into Netflix (especially useful for the kids on rainy evenings!) The small touches make this place truly special , having plenty of coat hooks, excellent wifi, a welcome pack of tea bags etc dishwasher tablets to start us off, a hairdryer… The location is perfect, a short walk down to the lovely beach and some good facilities on the site itself Thank you to Anthony who was available to contact throughout, couldn’t have asked for a higher standard of service or accommodation, We loved our stay in The Bay Filey and would love to return again soon!!
