There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas. The lounge area features SMART TV - bring your logins for cosy nights in!
The patio area features a stunning new outdoor bench and table for 6 people with a brick built BBQ - ideal for summer breaks!
Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large king size bedroom with windows to the front and rear.

Upstairs, you will find a twin bedroom and a master with king size bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.

These messages include links to a complimentary “Touchstay” digital guidebook which includes property specific details and important information which you will need whilst on holiday.
We also include in our messaging how to access the property (typically a key-safe), directions, parking information as well as information about the local area, beaches and tide times.
For most properties options of an early check in / late check out are available but these are subject to availability (ie not last minute and at peak times). These options are a chargeable extra and can be purchased when you place a booking or added nearer to your stay via our guest management area. In order to avoid disappointment early check in / late check outs can only be facilitated via these extra options and if they don’t appear during the booking process are not available for this property.

Rating - 5/5 Review - We had a fantastic stay at Aubergine Cottage in Filey and couldn't fault it. The cottage was immaculately clean on arrival and clearly very well cared for. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking for a group, and it was great to have good hot water pressure
throughout the property. The furniture and fittings were lovely - stylish, comfortable, and high quality - which really added to the homely feel. We also appreciated the cleaning materials provided, which made it easy to keep
everything tidy during our stay. All in all, Aubergine Cottage is a perfect holiday home for six adults. Comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped - we would happily stay again and highly
recommend it.

Rating - 5/5 Review - We had a lovely stay at Aubergine Cottage. Beautiful properly, well furnished with everything you need. Plenty of cleaning products already in the property which made it easy to keep it clean throughout the holiday. The only thing missing was a tray for the high chair which I’ll be sure to bring next time we come! I’d definitely book this property again
