Checking properties for availability…

Some of our properties have dedicated 7kW Electric Car charging points.

Please note the use of any other charger including granny chargers in and around any property is strictly prohibited and only the communal / cottage chargers are permitted.

Cottages that offer “At Property” charging will charge a fee as an additional cost “per night” per EV vehicle when booking (you can add this later as an option). The extra charge will be applicable and you can charge your Electric Car as many times as you like whilst your are staying at that property for the duration of your stay. You will need a type 2 cable for all our cottages with chargers.

Use code EVPOWERUP when booking a cottage with an on-site charger to get one night’s free charging on stays of 3 nights or more.

Some of our properties have an EV charger that is communally available and within 0.5 miles of the property.

There are 2 22kWh chargers in The Bay Filey Village or at Grange Farm. Guests wishing to use these will need to bring a debit / credit card in order to use these. The use of these (and availability / operation of) is determined by the terms and conditions of the operator. ABH cannot be held responsible if these are unavailable – but if they are then we can often help by offering a charger at one of our houses.

You will need a type 2 cable and be aware that the communal chargers are to be used for 3 hours maximum per session and are rated at 22kW with a cost (as at 1st December 2023) of £6.20 per hour.

When you book you will receive an arrival email and the location of the nearest charger to your cottage will be given in confirmation and arrival emails as well as a guide to nearby local communal chargers.
