We offer great value holidays all year round – we never close (apart from the pool on Christmas Day) and this page shows what is included in all holidays no matter how short or long.
What is Included in Your Holiday at The Bay Filey?
- Cleaning, all linen and towels, a highchair and a travel cot
(please note a few properties don’t provide a travel cot or high chair – see the features section of the listing for confirmation that one is provided) - Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
- Unlimited WiFi / Internet for the duration of your stay (typically 50-70Mbs but can vary depending on local conditions and delivery method)
- All Energy costs & usage (full heating and electricity) (excludes logs for log burners (if the property has a stove))
- Free Parking (some dedicated parking spaces or plenty of car parks)
- Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods)
- An electronic guide book – sent to you when you book so you can plan your perfect holiday instantly!
- Self service check (key safe) in with SMS messages when you book until you check in with dedicated 24/7 helpline for guests
- A free gift (to keep if you wish) and a sweet treat (subject to availability)
- Unlimited access to the Bay Filey Leisure Centre – 20m indoor swimming pool*, kids swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and large gym (Pool typically open 0800-1800 all year round and gym 0800-2000 all year round)
- Please note The Bay Filey Leisure Centre is closed between 15th and 19th June 2026. A suitable alternative swim can be provided subject to T&Cs and submission of receipts to ABH after your stay.

Pool and gym opening hours can vary by season and some days pool closes at 1900 or 1600 – times will be given upon booking in our digital guidebook
At busy periods The Bay may operate a pre booking system for swimming – details of which are included in your digital guidebook.
