Group Bookings Now Available

We often get asked about how to book for a large family – our new page has all the info you require!!!

Multi Property Bookings

As the Bay is a self contained Holiday Village it is ideal for large groups of friends or families to book one or more properties at the same time. We understand that groups may want to be near each other (or not so near) so we recommend toggling the map to on to help your search!

How to book

Due to all the properties being individually owned you can book one or more properties as several bookings. We suggest each “lead guest” books each property separately so they receive all the arrival info.

Discounts

We can offer a small discount on each property / booking – simply enter the code ABHGROUP on each booking to apply £20 discount on each property (valid on bookings of 3 nights or more). This has to be applied when booking more than one property, to each booking and is NOT valid on collection bookings (see below).

Collections – Save even more

Some properties are owned by the same owner and these offer flexibility and a great discount by booking them together:

  • Bay Shores – Sleeps 16 Guests – Book Coral Shores and Meadow Shores together
  • Pearl and Spice Hideaway – Sleeps 10 Guests – Book Gingerbread and Oyster together
  • Sandy Collection – Sleeps 8 guests – book next door beach houses Sandy Bay Hideaway and Sandy Feet Retreat together

Party Bookings – Important Note – The Bay Filey is a family friendly village and group bookings e.g. Hen Parties are not allowed.
