Late Winter / Spring is a fantastic time of year at The Bay. There is lots to see and do including:

- Swimming and Leisure – using the leisure centre on site for the pool, gym, tennis and archery as well as other activities

- Explore the Yorkshire Coast and all it can offer including breathtaking walks and miles of beaches
We have a wide range of properties autumn – take advantage of LOWER pricing whilst the schools are back, and enjoy a relaxing time at The Coast and with 10% off all breaks its even better value!
Remember midweek is cheaper (nightly rate), and if you are lucky enough to be off school or not have kids in school, take advantage of cheaper pricing Monday-Thursday/Friday and our famous 4 nights for 3 deal and escape to the coast!
Winter / Spring 2025 Special Prices
Winter Deals from £170/£255/£350 – Various dates apply throughout Winter 2024 / 2025 up to 31st March 2025. The prices are not available in school holidays (XMAS and Feb Half Term). The prices of £170, £255 and £350 is / was available in select properties including Meadowside Apartment (1 bed), The Lighthouse (2 bed) and Anchor Cottage (3 bed) for various weekends in 2024 /25 including the stay 11th – 15th November 2024 and 20th-23rd January 2025. The Prices quoted excludes a £25 booking fee. No voucher codes are to be used with these dates – see below.

- We offer 1 night minimum stays with any day check out in apartments and 2 night minimum stays in all other properties. (3 nights min at xmas / new year)
