Autumn / Winter is a fantastic time of year at The Bay. There is lots to see and do including:

- Imagine winter walks, log burners, beach walks in the winter – what could be better?
- Take advantage of The Bay amenities including swimming pool, boules courts, beach access, pub and arcade
- Swimming and Leisure – using the leisure centre on site for the pool, gym, tennis and archery as well as other activities
- Enjoy wonderful food and drink – either at home or in one of the nearby restaurants
- Explore the Yorkshire Coast and all it can offer including breathtaking walks and miles of beaches
Remember midweek is cheaper (nightly rate), and if you are lucky enough to be off school or not have kids in school, take advantage of cheaper pricing Monday-Thursday/Friday and escape to the coast!
4 Nights for the price of 3 – available all year round in addition to the 10% off all prices (4 for 3 not available in school holidays).

- We offer 1 night minimum stays with any day check out in apartments and 2 night minimum stays in all other properties. (3 nights min at xmas / new year)

Whichever property you choose, all holidays include:
- Direct beach access (choice of several traffic free paths)
- High speed wifi (typically 70Mbs)
- Cleaning, towels & bedding for all guests (except travel cot bedding)
- Unlimited FREE access to The Bay leisure facilities including heated indoor 20m pool / kids pool / sauna / steam room & gym
- Free parking and access to communal EV chargers
- Travel Cot, High Chair, Iron, Ironing Board and Hairdryer to all properties
