All of our properties offer outstanding value for money and all include linen, cleaning, towels, wifi, central heating but to treat yourself we have developed our luxury collection.
Luxury properties feature one or more of the following:

Whichever property you choose, all holidays include:
- Direct beach access (choice of several traffic free paths)
- High speed wifi (typically 70Mbs)
- Cleaning, towels & bedding for all guests (except travel cot bedding)
- Unlimited FREE access to The Bay leisure facilities including heated indoor 20m pool / kids pool / sauna / steam room & gym
- Free parking and access to communal EV chargers
- Travel Cot, High Chair, Iron, Ironing Board and Hairdryer to all properties
- Excellent communication and online booking management access
- Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods) and free beach cooler bag or bag and gift (subject to availability / house rules)
