Welcome to Walkers' Way - A lovely cottage - really close to The Bay Filey holiday village centre - metres from the pub yet quiet and with a large garden and patio and right on the access to the Cleveland Way this is an ideal choice for a family escape and a Walkers' paradise! (please note this property was Fudges Den prior to the new owners changing its name recently)
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large BRAND NEW kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you’ll expect for a self-catering break. There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas. Across the hall there is a WC.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms with the master having a NEW shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over. Both bathrooms upstairs have been replaced in January 2025
Walkers' Way is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Really close to the pub, with lawn to rear and being at the entrance to the Cleveland Way this is a great property for families.
